Luke collapsed on the football field on November 3rd, 2015, after running for a long touchdown and the following two-point conversion.

 

He was transported via Flight For Life to Denver and passed away surrounded by his family and friends.

 

This page is dedicated to commemorate the passion in which Luke lived his life.
